Although it recently (and finally) picked up U.S. distribution for a release in late summer, Terry Gilliam‘s The Zero Theorem landed in U.K. theaters this past weekend. Tied with its bow, we’ve got a batch of notable videos to watch for the film tracking Christoph Waltz‘s Qohen Leth, an eccentric and reclusive computer genius plagued with existential angst. First up, Gilliam recently conducted a must-watch, 45-minute talk with Total Film.
Diving through his entire career, Gilliam discusses the struggles of getting his now-classic Brazil to U.S. audiences and mentoring Quentin Tarantino at Sundance Institute while developing Reservoir Dogs. The candid helmer even mentions a few criticisms he has towards Django Unchained, before lobbing a few more at Zack Snyder‘s Watchmen, then talking about how he was brought in for Harry Potter, his relationship with Heath Ledger, and much more. Check out the conversation below, as well a four new clips and two new featurettes for his latest film.
Have you seeing The Zero Theorem yet? If not, looking forward for it to arrive in theaters?
