Tracy Morgan and Juliette Binoche are in final negotiations to join director Dito Montiel’s (A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints, Fighting) cop drama Son of No One.
The Nu Image/Millennium Films and Hannibal Pictures film already has an ensemble cast that includes Al Pacino, Ray Liotta, and Katie Holmes. Leading them in the main role is Channing Tatum (G.I Joe, Public Enemies) who plays a young cop assigned to a precinct in the working class neighborhood where he grew up, with an old secret surfacing and threatening to destroy his life and family.
Morgan, originally a Saturday Night Live comedian who has risen to fame with 30 Rock, is coming off his first major movie and replacing Terrence Howard for the role of Vinnie, a friend of Tatum’s. Binoche is to play a reporter.
Son of No One begins shooting next week in New York.
