One of the biggest question marks remaining in this year’s fall season is when exactly Quentin Tarantino‘s latest will land. We know Django Unchained has been set for a Christmas Day theatrical debut, but rumors have been swirling, even when it was still in production, for who will see the western first.
We now have a brief hint, as THR lets us know that buzz indicates the Rome Film Festival, which runs from November 9th to the 17th, may serve as its premiere. One may question if the film will even be done by then, but like most of Tarantino’s production, post-production already kicked off simultaneously, near when cameras rolled and the first footage poured in. We’lll be sure to update you if any sort of official confirmation comes in, but this is certainly a possibility.
