Because three full-length trailers weren’t enough for the star-led film that opens one month from today, another trailer has arrived in order to sell Ben Stiller‘s next directorial effort, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. By now, you know what Fox would like you to know, though our review (and several others) would insist that the film may not be the exact formal growth that carefully edited previews (etc.) would have you believe — though these are effective pieces of work, still, and enough to make me think something rather nice is coming down the line for Christmas. Is this just a fine case of salesmanship, or might I be able to have an emotional reaction that differs from other human beings? Only one seems possible, though I’m not confident as to the specific answer.
