With the mass-abduction action-thriller, Skyline, set to hit theaters Friday, I got to thinking about disaster movies. Awkward movie-science aside, we, as a species, are wildly obsessed with tales of our own destruction, and seem to be determined the world is going to end – eventually. But how?
