Rounding up the best unproduced screenplays in Hollywood, as voted on by hundreds of film executives, The Black List has been a strong resource to clue one in on projects to potentially anticipate, but first, to kickstart Hollywood on bringing them to screen. With last year’s list-topper Draft Day heading into production and set for a release this April, it’s now time to turn to 2013.
Unveiled today (via The Wrap), at the top of the list is Andrew Sodroski‘s Holland, Michigan, a drama that’s set to be directed by Errol Morris, starring Naomi Watts. Also notably making an appearance is American Sniper, which has Clint Eastwood and Bradley Cooper attached, as well as Aaron Berg‘s Section 6, an MI6 thriller which is reportedly lining up Hugh Jackman to star. With a third of the films on the list already having financing, expect to hear much more about the projects in the coming years, and one can check them all out below.
