Actor, singer, producer and…photographer? Fans of Jeff Bridges are aware of his many talents and while he’s been behind the (still) camera since the ’70s, snapping photos of his on-set experiences, we’re now getting a new chance to see his skills. The Oscar-winner was the recipient of a prize at the the 29th Annual Infinity Awards earlier this month and now some of his work is available to view online.
Captured by the Wide-Lux camera, also used in his 2003 published work Pictures: Photographs by Jeff Bridges, the technology allows Bridges to shoot with a ratio akin to the typical 1:8:5 used for films. Featuring the sets of True Grit, The Big Lebowski, Fearless, Iron Man, Tron: Legacy, Crazy Heart and more, the collection of images makes for a fascinating, little-seen behind the scenes perspective. Check out some examples of his work below (including his own captions) and more on his official site (via NY Times).
