Variety reports Sin City director Robert Rodriguez is set to direct Nerverackers. The film is set in 2085 and follows a character named Joe Tezca who is part of an elite unit dispatched to quell a crime wave in a theoretically perfect future society. No actors have been announced but the film already has a release date set for April 16, 2010.
I loved Sin City, Planet Terror, and Once Upon a Time in Mexico so I’m pretty excited for this. The concept sounds great, let’s hope they can finish it in about a year.
