Wondered when they would finally make a World of Warcraft movie?
If the answer is no, stop reading because that’s exactly what’s going on in Hollywood today. According to the article in Variety, Legendary Pictures, along with videogame publisher Blizzard Entertainment and co-financier and distributer Warner Bros., want Raimi to “supervise development” over the project and take it on after he finishes Spiderman 4.
My reaction to this is surprisingly curious, having never played the game but heard cautionary tales glaour in regards to its addictive, college-term ending elements.
Could a film adaptation have the same effect?
