With J.J. Abrams‘ summer blockbuster Super 8 opening in theaters in just a few days, the mystery will be unveiled for all to experience. In a final piece of marketing, Paramount debuted a fast-paced trailer at the MTV Movie Awards last night. It gives out a little too much information, so skip over it if you are too worried about spoilers. Check it out below from MTV.
Synopsis:
In the summer of 1979, a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth – something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
Super 8 stars Elle Fanning, Kyle Chandler, Ron Eldard, Noah Emmerich, Gabriel Basso, Joel Courtney, Ryan Lee, Zach Mills, Amanda Michalka, and hits theaters June 10th.
