December may be jampacked, but Brad Bird‘s first live-action film is near the top of my most-anticipated. Paramount recently announced Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol will be debuting exclusively in IMAX five days earlier (Dec. 16th) then the wide release (Dec. 21st) and new poster has been revealed for the occasion. Check it out below via Yahoo for the film starring Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Paula Patton, Josh Holloway, Michael Nyqvist, Vladimir Mashkov, Lea Seydoux and Anil Kapoor.
We also have the first poster for the Navy SEALS film Act of Valor. A few months ago we provided details on the “realistic” action film with no major stars and no big director. Last up, The Muppets marketing onslaught is in full swing and we have four new posters from Disney’s November family film. Written by Forgetting Sarah Marshall filmmakers Jason Segel and Nicholas Stoller, and directed by Flight of the Conchords HBO show helmer/writer/executive producer James Bobin, The Muppets stars Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, and a boatload of cameos.
