With a massive budget, Disney is hoping that their blockbuster update on The Lone Ranger can connect with audiences when it lands on Fourth of July weekend, but out of the many summer offerings, any sort of hype seems to be at a standstill. Considering that notion, the studio has went ahead and released yet another full-length trailer in order to drum up interest.
Revealing more of our main story and supporting cast, this look zeroes in on the key train setpiece, but unfortunately seems to relying too much on CGI. While Gore Verbinski has used this technology to great effect before, something about this one looks to be off.
