Confessions of a Shopaholic star Isla Fisher is set to star in “Universal’s high concept romantic comedy “Kiss & Tell” written by Dax Shelby & Robert Stevens.” [Production Weekly] Shelby and Stevens don’t have anything of theirs in theaters as of yet, but they’ve got a lot of scripts floating around town.
What the concept is for this new film or just how high it goes is still unknown, but one would imagine it’s like a combination of Leap Year, Confessions of a Shopaholic, Made of Honor and Valentine’s Day. And that the plot will most likely involve a kiss and then the verbal revealing of that kiss to someone who should not have been told.
Despite that paragraph of cynicism, another Definitely, Maybe (which co-starred Fisher) would be really very nice. Someone get writer/director Adam Brooks on the phone.
