According to a tweet made by director Jon Favreau (Iron Man), principal photography for Iron Man 2 has wrapped. The shoot lasted for 72 days and the cast, along with Favreau (who is a member of the cast in fact), are expected to make an appearance at this years Comicon.
I am very pleased to hear that the movie has yet to hit any roadblocks via cost issues/acting troubles (remember the Terrence Howard debacle?). I loved the first film and can’t wait to see a darker side of Tony Stark. Iron Man 2 is set for a May 7th 2010 release date.
