The trailer for the J.J Abrams directed and Steven Spielberg produced Super 8 is now online in HD thanks to Apple. This is another secret project for Abrams and there is very little known. Check out the trailer and all we know below.

- Steven Spielberg will produce with Amblin Entertainment.
- The 90 second teaser shown before Iron Man 2 was shot a month ago.
- Production for the actual film will begin this fall.
- The film will cost $45 million-$50 million.
- It has nothing to do with Cloverfield.
- Will be shot “traditionally” (not handheld).
- It takes place in late 1979.
Super 8 hits theaters summer 2011.
