Shrim. Coming off the trailer for Will Ferrell‘s Casa de mi Padre, we have another film featuring the actor. Although it only looks like a cameo, Ferrell appears in Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie. Set for a Sundance 2012 premiere, we already got a red band trailer for the film directed by Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim (the duo behind Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!).
This green band trailer coming from Apple only has some slight changes, including some sort of monster in the darkness and Wareheim attempting to seduce an older lady, but it all looks like insane and stupid fun. I’ll be seeing it, hopefully, after a long day of dramas at Sundance. Check out below for the film also featuring Zach Galifianakis, Jeff Goldblum, John C. Reilly, Erica Durance and Will Forte.
Synopsis:
After two guys are given a billion dollars to make a movie, their Hollywood dreams run off course and they decide to rehabilitate a run-down shopping mall in an attempt to make the money back.
Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie hits theaters March 2nd, 2012 and is available on VOD January 27th, 2012, after premiering at Sundance.
