/Film has revealed the first production still from Louis Leterrier’s remake of Clash of Titans. The photo is of Sam Worthington (Terminator Salvation) who is playing the lead hero Perseus, Zeus’s mortal son who was raised among men. The film also stars Ralph Fiennes (The Reader) as Hades, Gemma Arterton (Quantum of Solace) as Perseus’s love interest, and Liam Neeson (Taken) will be playing Zeus. Clash of The Titans is set for March 26th, 2010. Check out the full photo after the jump.
My excitement is still high. I’m a sucker for adventure films and a film with swordplay, monsters, and greek mythology thrown in immediately has my attention. I for one was also pleased with Worthington’s performance in Terminator Salvation despite his lack of development and the horrible lines he had to deliver. So hopefully this continues to seem great and I am sure we will get a trailer this summer probably attached to Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince, another Warner Brothers film.
