Michael Bay has posted a new update on his website highlighting some details of the film, especially the IMAX cut of his new film.
- Bay had to “finish some effects” right before the premiere.
- 42 robots in all.
- The best imagery has not been shown in trailers/commercials
- Never before has there been 4k rendered character animation shot on full IMAX 70 mm film.
- Optimus Prime, in a few shots, will be perfectly to scale on the IMAX 50 foot tall screens.
- Four shots in IMAX.
- Bay has created a slightly longer cut exclusively for IMAX, featuring more robot fighting.

Last night Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen had its world wide premiere in Tokyo and some reactions have already hit the web. Here are a few quotes.

“Movie was incredible, I liked it much more than the first! More action, more robots, less humans! Though there are some lame sexual innuendoes like Wheelie humping Megan’s leg.”
Sora said on the MichaelBay Forums:
“I loved Transformers 1 so much, but I’m sure you’ll feel like the previous movie was just a dash of bitters in a glass of appetizer Martini. Be prepared to be impressed!”
Sounds just like the first film. No brain, no good well developed characters, or an actual good story… Yet I am sure it will surely be dumb fun just like the first film while some will love that they get to see a robot humping Megan Fox’s leg.
