As reported on Worst Previews, Bruce Willis is being sued $4 million for signing a $200,000 contract to direct Three Stories About Joan, a film starring Owen Wilson and Camilla Belle (Push). Apparently, Willis quit what was supposed to be his directorial debut due to personal reasons.
The production company suing the actor is Foresight Unlimited (ironic name considering the circumstances no?), and filed with the L.A. Superior Court on Friday.
Here’s the intended plot of the film, courtesy of Worst Previews: “[the film] centers on a young woman at three points in her life and the family tragedies that cause her to lose her grip on reality.”
What do you think about this? Do you think Willis had legitimate reasons for leaving?
