Variety reports Jennifer Aniston (Marley and Me, He’s Just Not That Into You) and Jason Bateman (Hancock, Juno) are set to star in the fertility-themed comedy The Baster. Will Speck and Josh Gordon, who were behind the comedy Blades of Glory, will direct the film. The screenplay is written by Allan Loeb (21) and based on Jeffrey Eugenides‘ short story Baster, which was first published in The New Yorker.
The film starts shooting in the spring.
I thought Blades of Glory was entertaining, I love Bateman so I’m down.
