20th Century Fox has now officially announced that they will be moving ahead with a Deadpool movie. Ryan Reynolds is set to reprise the role, producer Lauren Shuler Donner will be producing with Marvel Entertainment. The studio is currently looking out for writers.
This isn’t much of a surprise, considering X-Men Origins: Wolverine made a good amount of money, and Deadpool is obviously a fan favorite. Ryan Reynolds was a lot of fun in the his very limited screen time, but of course was wasted like every other side character, and his characters transformation at the end was quite baffling.This has potential, he’s a great character, but hopefully its more refined then X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
